INTRODUCTION

With over 15 years of experience using LAB as a colour space to undertake all of my colour correction and post production, I have formulated a simple method of harnessing and utilising the most powerful colour space, LAB.

During these years I have developed my own techniques that have enabled an approach to my post production in a practical and easy to understand manner. After completing this course LAB Module 1 you will be empowered with knowledge and techniques that will give you control over your pre-visualisation.

LAB is without doubt the most powerful colour space available and thus considered difficult to use. Because of this many myths arise to its use and almost every photographer avoids using it as it is deemed too difficult to understand, until now. I will put in your hands the power of LAB in a simple and practical manner, one that you will without doubt use for the rest of your working years.
